Commercial Site Work in Rochester, Minnesota
A commercial yard surface was holding water across low, rutted sections of the working area. Aggregate was placed and levelled across the defined work area using a compact track loader, and the surface was worked to a consistent profile so water would move off the lot rather than pond on it. Ongoing surface performance depends on site conditions, traffic loading and routine maintenance.
A one-time project. Aspen Land Management is a land clearing contractor. Our core services are forestry mulching, land clearing, and brush and invasive woody vegetation clearing. This commercial surfacing work was a single job completed for an existing client and is documented here as finished work. It is not a service Aspen routinely offers.
